Your plan might need to be altered to satisfy certain regional criteria.
This is especially true in coastal regions and places that frequently experience earthquakes, strong winds, and a lot of snow.
A qualified structural engineer will probably be required to give the relevant calculations and extra drawings if you are building in any of these locations.
We grant you a permit on our plans under the condition that you undertake to rigorously abide by all applicable local building laws, ordinances, regulations, and requirements, including those about permits and inspections at the start of and throughout construction. For the most recent requirements, we advise contacting your local building department.
There is no licensed architect’s signature on any of the Karmim House Plans pre-drawn drawings.
If your local building department demands it, you must hire an architect or engineer to examine and approve stamp drawings.
All plans remain the sole property of our designer.
The right to use these plans to build a single structure is granted to you, the licensee, by our designer, who is the licensor.
